tony being the person that he is with his science binges and "sleep schedule? pfff" attitude just tends to drop down wherever and sleep there bc when youre tired everything is comfy!!
loki is just walking around the tower while cloaked bc hes trying to map the layout for the tower and!! tony walks into him and just deadass falls asleep
cue 4 hrs later when the avengers (or just an avenger) walks in on loki sitting on the floor unmoving while tony is sleeping w his head on loki's lap
".... loki what are you doing here?"
"i cant move"
"is that tony? cant you just- wait you havent done anything to him have you??"

Okay, but the first time Loki kisses him it's when Tony has been working too hard and Tony has legit collapsed unplanned and murmurs tiredly that Loki is comfiest and he may have been putting off sleep and Loki's heart melts and hours later when Tony wakes up and gives that sleepy smile and "hi" Loki just kisses him and Tony is a bit suprised and sleepy but just kisses back before cuddling even more into Loki because now his happy place is always going to be in grabbing distance and he's so happy about that.
