Loki getting Alzheimer's, slowly. Maybe it's because of his Jotunn nature that his mind 'fails' earlier than Aesir ones? Or just all the trouble he had with the Mind Stone.
Anyways, he and Tony have been in a relationship for a long while now thanks to the golden apple but Loki starts having these moments, where he just... doesn't know who Tony is. Or confuses him with someone from the staff, and orders him to bring him a drink. Books. Parchment.
And then there are moments of clarity again and he knows who Anthony is and spends every moment with him, scared of the possibility that he may forget him fully at some point in the future.
