when Thor tells Tony that Loki died (post-dark world) tony is heartbroken. Ofc Loki is still alive but he can’t leave Asgard without raising suspicion and he can’t blow his cover… so instead he uses his magic to visit Tony in his dreams, EXCEPT he doesn’t trust tony not to spill the beans by accident, so after each dream he wipes Tony’s memories It’s not an every night thing but if tony is really upset or just could use something nice I actually plan on weaving this idea into a piece
